A Brief Introduction to Beijing Chinese Business Institute
Beijing Chinese Business Institute (BCBI), founded in 1994, is an international bilingual private school providing both Chinese and English language learning environments. The Institute is located in the Tongzhou District of Beijing with substantial grounds and includes buildings of 43,300 square metres on the campus. The campus environment is beautiful, convenient to transportation with excellent facilities and a team of well-qualified teachers and staff.
There are more than 11,000 registered students from both China and abroad at BCBI.
The Language Centre at BCBI is a training centre for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL) accredited by the Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU). BCBI offers several levels of classes for the study of the Chinese language from junior student level to adult levels. Qualifying students will receuve a certificate awarded by Affiliated College of BLCU.
BCBI also trains and is able to send qualified Chinese teachers to foreign countries, qualifying teachers are awarded the Certificate of Accreditation in TCFL. The academic staff of the Language Centre are all fully accredited by the BLCU as TCFL teachers and include internationally recognised academics and experts in the field of TCFL.

The institute has a great many facilities including computer rooms, a networked campus computer system, a language learning centre, flexible learning centres (FLC), campus wide broadcasting and television system, library, reading rooms, psychological testing department, chemistry and biology laboratories, electrical / electronics teaching rooms, multimedia teaching rooms, performance hall, recreational areas, lecture hall, practice courtroom, art gallery, music room, piano room, museum, gymnasium, table tennis room, chess room, roller skating rink, first class athletics track and basketball and volleyball courts etc.
