Ⅱ Recruiting Information and Application Forms
Anyone wishing to apply for enrolment can contact the International Department directly or our approved Recruiting agents to ask for the “Recruitment of Overseas Students” information and Application Forms (these can also be downloaded from the internet). Before filling in the form, prospective students should read “Recruitment of Overseas Students” information very carefully in order to make sure that they are thoroughly clear about the qualifications and rules of enrolment as well as the requirements for and process of tuition payment and refunds.
The application form for students who are under the age of 18 must be signed by his/ her parents or guardian.

Ⅲ Application Materials checklist
1.Long-term (longer than six months) applicants should provide materials as follows:
a).Copy of passport
b).Official report for HSK (If you have taken the exam)
c).Application fee 250 RMB
d).“Application Form”
(Recent photograph is necessary - you can download a form from the internet).
e).“Foreigner’s medical examination form” (required for applicants aged 18 years or
older together with an additional recent photograph)
f).
Applicant under the age of 18 should also provide the following:
i.Notarial deed of parenthood
ii.Notarial deed of parents’commission to the guardian
iii. Notarial deed of guardian’s guarantee
2.Short-term (less than six months) applicants should provide materials as follows:
a.“Application Form” (Recent photograph is necessary);

b.Copy of passport
c. Application fee 250 RMB
Ⅳ Enrolment
Our institute will send “Matriculating Notice” and “Visa Application Form” to the applicants as soon as we have received and checked the relevant materials of the applicants and application fee. Intending students can go to the Chinese Embassy or Consulates in applicants’ country with the documents mentioned above to apply for visa to study in China.
Applicants are also advised to check with the relevant Chinese Embassy or Consulate to enquire about any special arrangements for application for student visas that may be applicable in their country. After applicants receive a visa, students should provide the following to the school on arrival:
a.Valid passport and visa
b.
Eight (8) recent photos (passport size) and eight (8) recent photos (one inch / 2.5
centimetres square).
c.Diploma certificate and grade sheet provided by student’s former school
d.Guardianship notarial deeds (Under the age of 18)
e.Medical examination form including blood analysis report, X-ray, original copy of
electrocardiogram examination and report (Above the age of 18)
f. “Matriculating Notice”
Anyone who misses the enrollment and commencement dates may forfeit enrollment.
2、Applying in China
Applicants in China can come to our institute to enroll directly, we may be able to assist with obtaining a student visa even if the applicant holds a travel visa or other kind of visa. |
