1.After entering China, overseas students must provide their passport to the relevant student office for checking and registration, then register for temporary accommodation on the internet.
2.Students who change a passport must indicate this to student office, in order for the Immigration Administrative Office to carry out the necessary procedures.
3.In accordance with the relevant provision of Beijing Police Immigration Office, students should pay a fee to enable processing of their residence certificate registration.
4.Students under the age of 18 should present the required notarial deeds by parents, to the nominated guardian, before leaving his or her country the notarial deeds should be ratified by a Chinese Embassy or Consulate in his or her own country.
5.Student above 18 years of age should undergo a medical examination, in their own country, in sufficient time to allow processing of their visa application.
6.All foreign students are required to take out medical and health insurance.
7.A new student should provide the following to the school on arrival:
a.Valid passport and visa
b.Eight (8) recent photos (passport size) and eight (8) recent photos (one inch / 2.5
centimetres square).
c.Diploma certificate and grade sheet provided by student’s former school.
d.Guardianship notarial deeds (Under the age of 18)
e.Medical examination form (Above the age of 18)
f. Students who come to our institute in mid-term from another school (out of Beijing)
should provide a certificate showing study progress and results and, if the student is
under the age of 18, he or she should also provide guardianship notarial deeds
nominating a guardian in Beijing.
8.If there is any deficiency in certificates or other Papers required to be provided by students this should be notified to the school expeditiously in order to minimize delays.
