Ⅰ Assistance by the School

1. Our institute will meet arriving overseas students at the airport.
2. Our institute will facilitate applications for residence certificate, visa for initial and return trips to China, certificate changes for the students and any other necessary documentation, a skilled staff member has been appointed for this purpose .
3. Our institute will help students obtain health and medical clearance.
4. Our staff can help students handle daily difficulties, such as: opening a bank account; attending doctors or hospital and all the other essentials in daily life.
5. We will provide grade and performance reports to parents on a regular basis.
6. In case of an accident occurring, we will contact the student’s parents or guardian.
7. The teacher in charge of the class will have regular face to face talks with students about their progress and problems, if any.
8. We provide a broad range of services for the students.

Ⅱ Management of Students Living on Campus

1. We have both Chinese and foreign professional teachers, in charge of the daily lives of students.
2. To foster regular study habits, students are required study in the evening from Monday to Thursday.
3. To make sure students have regular sleeping habits, we check everyone in their apartment every night.
4. To encourage student self-reliance, we inspect the cleanliness of apartments regularly.
5. Accommodation is provided on a gender basis with boys and girls being housed separately.
6. To ensure the safety of the students, we strictly observe the rules for leave and residential registration when living outside school.
7. Parents are welcome to contact the class manager at any time to enquire about their child’s academic progress or other conditions.
8. Infractions of rules, for example apartment cleanliness, may decrease student grades, will be recorded in the student’s record and parents notified appropriately.

Ⅲ Management of Students Residing Outside the School

　 1.　For the safety and supervision of study, students residing outside the school must live
　 　with guardians who are approved by our Institute. Daily living off campus is the
　　 responsibility of the students and their guardians.

　 2.　Our teachers will visit the students regularly, in order to ascertain the specific
　　 conditions of the students.

　 3.　We will arrange regular meetings with the parents or guardians to have a face to face
　　 talk about their students.
