Student Abroad

1. Smoking is prohibited in the school including apartments, students must turn off lights and other electrical equipment, when not in the apartment, in order to avoid fire. 

2. Close and lock doors when in and out of the apartment to make ensure personal safety and security of property.

3. Students are not allowed to live out of our institute during school term time without the permission of the school. In exceptional circumstances, students who are permitted to reside outside the campus must have parental permission and satisfactory safety arrangements must be made.

4. Without the permission of the school, students not are allowed to bring other persons to the overseas students’ apartments.

5. In order to prevent falling or injury; students should never run or play on the stairs or climb out off windows or over balustrades.

6. Always be polite to teachers and be sociable with classmates.

7. In order to have a good sleep; students must strictly observe sleeping time arrangements.

8. If students cannot go to class because of sickness or injury they should notify the class manager as soon as possible, only after permission, can students stay in their apartment to rest. In case of serious sickness or injury, arrangements will be made for students to go to hospital.

9. Students must observe the traffic rules outside school: including traffic lights and never cross the road if unsafe to do so, they must never play or run on the road.

10. At the weekend, students must adhere to approved arrangements and the rules for registering when asking for leave. Students should avoid walking alone outside and should never talk to or go with strangers. If students are unable to return to school at the arranged time, they must call the relevant teachers in time.

11. Every student must obey the arrangement of their supervisor when participating in activities outside the school. Students must observe the time and keep up with the group / supervisor, if anyone gets lost, he or she should call the team leader immediately

12. During school term time, every student must give their passport to the International Department for safe keeping. Students can ask the apartment manager to keep valuable goods or cash in a safe place.

13. Every overseas student is required to have health and medical insurance with a minimum limit of 600,000RMB (Yuan).

14. In order to promote awareness of safety and self-protection, students should report any unusual occurrences or situations to their teachers.
